Deep Waters Tarot & Reiki is a spiritual and wellness business and is separate from my counselling and psychotherapy practice. Booking a Tarot or Reiki session does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Information collected through Deep Waters Tarot & Reiki is therefore not a counselling or psychotherapy record unless you separately engage me through my regulated counselling practice.

4. Booking Services
Deep Waters Tarot & Reiki may use a third-party scheduling platform, such as Calendly, to manage appointments.
When you book an appointment, information such as your name, email address, appointment selection, time zone, responses to booking questions, and other information you voluntarily provide may be processed through the booking provider.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Deep Waters Tarot & Reiki does not ordinarily receive or store your complete credit or debit card number when payments are processed directly by a third-party payment processor.
